Participants in the MyCampus Deals Refer & Earn Program (“Program”) are subject to MyCampus Deals’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Official Rules for the Program. By participating in the Program, each participant represents and warrants that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and these Official Rules for the Program.

  • Eligibility. MyCampus Deals Refer & Earn Program (“Program”) are presently available only to individual United States citizens and legal United States residents at least 18 years old who currently enrolled or attending one of the college or university in the United States. Current employees of MyCampus Deals and their parents, children, siblings, spouses or domestic partners are not eligible for the Program.
  • Referral. To refer eligible business sign-up, the business must enter your affiliate account name under the “Referred By” section of Premium Listing subscription sign-up section (http://mycampusdeals.com/biz/)
  • Referral Award. If a business that you referred via the email or via the banner link provided on this page is approved and paid for their Premium Listing subscription, you will receive a payment of $50 from MyCampusDeals via Paypal. Only one payment to a referring business will be awarded. If two or more individuals refer the same business, referral award will be given based on which link or affiliate account name that referring business used to sign-up for Premium Listing subscription. If a business that you referred via the email via the banner link provided on this page had previously signed up Premium Listing subscription or canceled their Premium Listing subscription before the end of the subscription term, you will not receive any payment for referral award.
  • Payment. Payment to the referring person shall occur via PayPal to the email address given by participants in the Program. You must have an active PayPal account to receive a payment. MyCampusDeals will make reasonable efforts for the payments to occur during the first 60 days following the referring business have signed up and paid for their Premium Listing subscription. All federal, state and local taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the participant affiliate. Payments may not be transferred; no substitutions.
  • Referral Courtesy. Referral messages should be sent only through the Program as described in these Terms & Conditions. Please send your referrals only to eligible local businesses, and refrain from the mass emailing or spam in any form of communication. Use only truthful, non-misleading statements that accurately reflect the Program when sending a referral message.
  • No Spam or Solicitation. Referring persons must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner. Bulk email distribution and any use of automated devices or third party services is prohibited. Any distribution of a Program referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation, or that otherwise violates any restriction imposed by MyCampusDeals or is otherwise inappropriate as determined by MyCampusDeals in its sole discretion, is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate exclusion from the Program.
  • Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. MyCampusDeals reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time. MyCampusDeals reserves the right to disqualify anyone from this Program if any participant abuses this Program, as determined by MyCampusDeals in its sole discretion.
